Feedback & Complaints
ACPCC welcomes feedback and complaints to improve accountability and performance, with clear processes for general, child safety, and Code of Conduct-related concerns.
The mechanism or process for lodging a general complaint against the ACPCC is as follows:

If the complaint is about the ACPCC as an ACFID member organisation:
1. It is best to first raise the issue directly with the ACPCC. The ACPCC has internal processes to deal with complaints and breaches of the Code of Conduct.

2. Lodge a Complaint with ACFID: If the issue is not resolved satisfactorily or if the complaint directly involves a breach of the Code of Conduct, you can lodge a complaint with ACFID. ACFID have an established process for receiving and investigating complaints related to breaches of the Code.
- You can contact ACFID by: sending an email to [email protected] or using their online complaints form available on the ACFID website.
Child & PSEAH-related (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment) complaints:
If you are a child, and we have done something that made you feel unhappy, please email us at [email protected]. If you need help with writing out your complaint, please use this form.
