Michelle Cornelius is a Registered Nurse with 20 years of experience in healthcare, specialising in sexual and reproductive health. She currently works as the Primary Care Engagement Manager in the Screening Early Detection and Immunisation team at Cancer Council Victoria, where she leads efforts to collaborate with the primary care and workforce sectors in planning, developing, and implementing education, training, and recruitment strategies to promote cancer screening among priority population groups. Michelle has completed a Graduate Certificate in Health Promotion and is currently completing a Master of Health Leadership and Management at UNSW. Throughout her career, Michelle has held various roles, including as a nurse cervical screening provider in community health, a clinical nurse educator and clinical manager. Michelle is passionate about preventative healthcare and is committed to ensuring access to safe, evidence-based, and non-judgmental health services to all.
