Debbie Mars is the Primary Care Engagement Lead at Cancer Council Victoria (CCV) and Project Team member of It Starts With Me, a multi-year project between VACCHO, CCV and the Australian Centre for the Prevention of Cervical Cancer, supported by the Victorian Government and driven through Cultural Governance. Drawing on qualifications in public health and psychology, Debbie brings 20 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector across health project and program management, strategy and equity.
