Mr Tim Humphries

Mr Tim Humphries was elected Chairman at the 2020 AGM and was previously the Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee. Mr Humphries joined the Board in 2012 as a Director with expertise in Finance, Commerce or Corporate Management. Mr Humphries holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Flinders University, and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Deakin University. He is a member of the Certified Practising Accountants (CPA) Australia. Mr Humphries brings a wealth of experience with a career spanning more than 20 years in senior Accounting and Finance roles, and CEO, a position he currently holds. His broad finance experience is complemented with HR, IT, corporate governance, sales and Project Management skills developed in a wide range of industries including health, aged care, transport and logistics, materials handling, recruitment, and not-for-profit sectors in Australia.
