Dr Dejan Krstik is an MD, MPH with an extensive experience in diverse leadership roles in public health, pharmaceutical industry and government health policy and program administration. His special interest is in reproductive health, cervical cancer prevention and early intervention. He is the Director of the Cervical Screening Section, Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care with responsibility for delivery of the National Cervical Screening Program (NCSP). His team led on the recent NCSP expansion of screening test options, offering self-collection of a vaginal sample as a choice to all people participating in cervical screening.
