Azadeh Baghaki is a New Zealand pharmacist, MPH and accredited partnership broker with over 18 years of professional experience spanning across public, private and UN health sectors. She is a global health and access specialist who has worked across Africa, Asia and the Pacific developing strategies and multisectoral partnerships and leading high-performing teams with a goal of increasing equitable access to quality assured medicines, vaccines, diagnostics and health products.

Prior to joining Unitaid, Azadeh held senior positions at World Vision and the World Health Organization, focusing on designing and delivering innovative health solutions for greater access to all. At Unitaid, Azadeh is the cervical cancer strategy manager, scoping opportunities for catalytic investments while providing strategic oversight to existing investments. Unitaid has so far invested $70M USD in strengthening national cervical cancer secondary prevention programs in 14 countries, across 3 continents, to deliver far-reaching impact through effective market shaping initiatives and generating of evidence on best practice and optimal service delivery models in different contexts.
