Thank you to all who have participated in our consultation activities and contributed to shape Australia’s strategy to eliminate cervical cancer by 2035. We held 16 consultation activities over the months of May to July 2022 with just over 400 people participating from the health sector, government, and community.
The perspectives, experiences and ideas captured in the consultations will greatly assist us in shaping the draft National Cervical Cancer Elimination Strategy. Stay tuned for the release towards the end of 2022.
Release of the draft National Cervical Cancer Elimination Strategy
The draft National Cervical Cancer Elimination Strategy will be released in late 2022.
We will communicate with all stakeholders once the draft
Strategy is released with information on how it can be accessed as part of the
public consultation process.
